Bookings
If you are looking for space for a birthday party, to run a community interest group such as a slimming club, or maybe hold a conference our buildings might be for you. Our main building is multi-media equipped and can seat up to about 200 people. Our hall can seat about 70 and is large enough for activities for about 50 people. We also have a number of smaller meeting rooms for groups between about 8 and 20 people.
We can accept most bookings if the buildings are available, the main restrictions are in the rare event that the booking was for an event that worked directly against our charitable purpose - so, for example, we would be unable to accept bookings for events that directly opposed the advancement of the Christian Faith (i.e meetings by non-Christian faith groups etc).
We believe our rates are reasonable and our buildings are comfy, if you would like to find out about booking them then please fill in the form below and we will get in touch with you shortly.
Information entered into this form will be used solely to discuss and arrange your booking and will be deleted within 7 working days if you should decide not to make a booking. Should you make a booking then the information will only be held for as long as is required for the purposes of accounting and financial reporting. You have the right at any time to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you and you have the right to complain to the ICO if you are not happy with how we process the data. The charity trustees of Ebenezer Baptist Church are the Data Controller.
